ACV SUCCESS STORY FOR GOUT

by Dick

I am having great success with the ACV. I don't pay attention to the pH but rather pay attention to how my feet feel. So far so good. I do not even pay attention to my diet. I am pleased.
I have modified the published instructions to suit myself. I take about 1/2 of an ounce of ACV a day and I mix it with Cran-apple juice. I tend to like that the best.
A couple of times I have suspected an oncoming attack and have simply taken an extra dose of ACV and away goes the feeling of an attack coming on and I just proceed as normal. Amazing in my eyes after fighting gout for 35 years it is a bit funny that something so simple can do so much.
Thank all of you for your suggestions.

With Regards,
Dick
