cardiovascular disease and some cancers.
There are many health promoting properties within the cherry itself,
such as anthocyanins which is an antioxident that is
beneficial in flushing the urate out of the body , and shown to reduce
pain and inflammation.
Cherries
also reduce the levels of Nitric oxide ( poisonous clear to
yellowish liquid generally absorbed into the body from Fertilizers )
and C-Reactive protein ( Produced
in the liver - CRP shows the amount of protein in the body
that signals inflammation, a CRP test can also show is a person is a
candidate for Heart disease.
To determine Low Levels of risk

than
1.0mg / l, the average range is 1.0 to 3.0mg and high risk candidates
are higher that 3.0mg )
Also Cherries contain Flavonoids
which are also beneficial to fighting inflammation.
