Apple cider vinegar does work against Gout

by Len
(Ft. Lauderdale, Fl)

About 5 days ago I had a lot of red wine at a party. The next day I started to get pain in my right knee. My left ankle soon started to swell up and became painful to walk. By the third day I could hardly walk. I started taking Aleve to relieve the pain on the second day. I went on the internet and read about ACV. I took three glasses of water with two table spoons of ACV in each glass each of the last two days. I stopped taking Aleve yesterday. Today I am walking pain free. Previously when I had gotten gout, I would have it for a couple of weeks and it was very painful. I really think this may be the answer for me. I am a believer.

Len - Apple Cider Vinegar for Gout
by: Len

I'm glad you found it, Len. I'm glad I found this website too and discovered the apple cider vinegar CURE, also. It really works. I do 2 tablespoons in 1 cup of water first thing upon rising EVERY morning and then repeat it LAST thing before bed if: I'm under a great deal of stress, exercising at fat burning cardio, or have eaten something I shouldn't have. I also drink 2 liters of water per day, don't eat beef except occasionally, do not eat shellfish anymore, and try to eat fruit 3 meals a day and fresh veggies 2 meals a day. Exercise helps to reduce stress so I'm trying to keep up with the exercising as much as possible, although I work a lot and sometimes I just can't or don't get to it.

I don't take any other gout medicine--only Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar--it's truely a miracle. p.s. I've also lowered my cholesterol level from 250's/230's down to 190, a normal level since changing my diet and have lost at least 20 lbs. :)
