Gout and physical stress

by jon

Hi, I know my gout attacks come after heavy physical work - stress on the body. I eat healthy foods and no purines, alcohol or big macs. If I take Colchicine when an attack comes on with a load of water, it knocks out the pain with several hours and my attacks usually come at night. Also eating cherries really does help.

I see you are an SBI-er - so am I. Hope all is going well with your site. Google kicked out 125 pages from my site recently and so my adsense revenue has crashed but it will climb back up again. Keep well.

Cheers
Jon
