From my own experience: when you feel stressed out your body defence operates under difficult circumstances therefore you are more likely to suffer from a Gout flare up.

What you say about stress and its association with triggering gout makes sense. I still advocate as a cure and prevention, the medication called Lenamet. The main ingredient is Cimetidine 400mg. Take the maximum dose. Results are guaranteed. From Godwin. [email protected]
