Gout

Hi Iam 34 I was diagnosed with stage 3 kidney des . Which was picked up when I was having a lot of pain in my feet , I was an active gardener , when I used to mow gras my feet would be throbbing , so when to doc and was told I had gout , wow I was in shock as I thought way to young for this . Went for a ultra sound on my kidneys and found that I only had 1 which is in faliller aswell .
This point of my life was dim going from a active fit life to uncertain future I feel in to depretion
But my gout is tuff going I have a attack 1 a month now the doc s are putting me on preventives but these just seem to make it worse the painkillers are just draining so now I am looking for remerdys
To help with these attacks can you help
