Help with Gout

by Ali Kuli
(Lahore, Pakistan)

I have gout in my ankles. I treat it 2 ways

Naturally. Figs. I eat dry figs (5 pieces in the morning, its delicious, I feel like eating 10.) You have to be careful though, it also is a very mild laxative. Good for those who have constant chronic constipation.

I also have found the drug (a very expensive drug) called Phosomax which does wonders. It manages to rebuild the bone lost to infection.

I believe a combination can help, but I believe the figs will cure most problems.

Figs curing gout
by: Peter

Hi Ali,

thank you for your fig treatment for gout.
Most gout sufferers have to be careful with eating too many figs due to the high amount of fructose in a fig.
Fructose produces high levels of serum levels of uric acid.
This beast is a danger for all gout sufferers.
so be aware of this please.

I wish you well in our gout fight, and please let the readers know how you are going with your gut fight.
