I have severe tingling problems on my left foot, but it is not the big toe, it's also not the ankle or the knee or the arch or the calf. The tingling is directly above the four small toes but not on the toes The tingling is non stop like electricity running on that one small 1 inch by 1 inch spot. Absolutely no other part of my foot tingles or hurts and it is only on my left foot. I have been having this problem for at least six months, every single day! I had a hysterectomy due to severe anemia about a year ago and due to the surgery I had many tests to confirm I do not have diabeties, or high cholesterol. I do have high blood pressure that is controlled.
What is this? Why is my left foot tingling non stop every single day?!!! Please help me as I'm in between jobs and have no health insurance at this time.
I am 47 years old and weigh 280 lbs, I weighed 330 pounds at surgery so I have lost some weight. When I walk a treadmill or take a walk at the park I feel much better. Unfortunately there is not always time in the day to do this, especially if I begin working.
Is it possible a home remedy or vitamins could help this? Is it a problem with poor circulation? Both my legs have always fallen asleep easily when I sit more than 2 hours.
Please help! Even the smallest answer or suggestion could help me.
