HI,
I live in Newfoundland, in a quaint little fishing village and I am not handy to a health store. It's about 1 1/2 hr drive and we just can't jump in the car and go. When I do get to the city I don't remember to go to the health store, 'cause if I'm not in pain then I don't think about it. I only take ACV when I am having an attach. So until I get the "mother" apple cider vinegar I am using "pure" apple cider vinegar, and it seems to be working. So glad I found your info.
My question is.....Should I be using this daily, even when I haven't got the gout, for prevention? I am taking warfarin and asprin daily and cannot come off of this due to other health problems.
Thanks
Shonda
Hi Shonda, it is best to ask this question to your doctor as he/she should now of your health and what mixing ACV can do to other drugs your are taking. Constant use of ACV can lead to heart burn, and burning of the stomach and organs, plus staining of the teeth and erosion of tooth enamel. You must clean your teeth after every use plus be careful of over doing the ACV affecting your body.
Please consult your doctor first.
regards
Peter
