Junain Davids

Hi all, here in South Africa we don't have baking soda, we have baking powder and Bicarbonate of soda, which of the two is recomended?

Use Bicarbonate of Soda.
Baking soda and bicarbonate of soda are different names for the same thing.
Dont use Baking powder.
Also try Apple Cider Vinegar, the organic version, not standard vinegar.
