QUERCETIN works!

by Sylvie
(Toronto, Canada)

My husband had regular gout attacks for years. Being allergic to aspirin, it was difficult to find conventional remedies so I opted for a more natural approach. The last attack lasted over 4 months until I discovered that 500mg/day of QUERCETIN (found at any Natural Food store) and lots of veggies (Low purines diet)solved his problem within a week (until his symptoms disappeared). When this 500mg dose was not available, he took 400mg of quercetin + 100mg of bromelain (anti-inflammatory)and it worked too.
He only take Quercetin when he feels dout is coming and few day after its resolve. I hope this will help all gout suffering people.
