Stress and anxiety may of caused my Gout

I have had anxiety and stress for 3 years but recently erupted with tears and emotions . I have just been hospitalised with gout in elbow whilst in hospital I got in my knee and both toes could this be down to the medication ? Suffering real bad

Thanks Lee,
I too have been stressed out and have had gout attacks caused from it. Read the other articles from stressed people and their gout attacks.
There are a lot of us stressed out Gout sufferers out there.
Let us know how your gout attacks are going and if medication or relaxation and exercise reduces your affliction.
