supposed to be a purist?

I am 45. Have been leading a healthy, purist lifestyle for over 20 yrs. I have been vegetarian for 25 yrs. No meat or dairy.
Eat organic food, no alcohol. I am petite woman size 2.
How comes I have gout? It makes no sense? I am on day 4 of my first attack. Drinking apple cider vinegar water, eating cherries etc. it's worse at night and in the morning. I am at a loss of what to do next?
Anyone got any answers?
Thank you,

gout cure and comfort
by: mark

Like any other illnesses, there are certain dos and don?ts when you suffer from gout. There are dietary requirements with this type of illness. Though you may not like the idea, those who are suffering from gout should follow these to make sure that it will be gone forever. Cure may not be instant, but it is worth it to see that the pain is gone.

Try these Gout Remedies
by: Peter

Hi there, I have read your Gout issues and it is unfortunate that you have Gout or some form of Gout particulary since you eat well and do not drink.
Try 1 teaspoon of Baking soda mixed into a large glass of water every morning and night after a meal.( dont do this long term )
Try Celery seed extract with celery oil pills.
You may have pseudogout which is similar to Gout in all aspects but is caused by calcium pyrophospate.
You must see a doctor and get blood tests. You could have both gout and pseudogout.
Pseudogout can occur if you are dehydrated. This condition can also occur due to ( sorry ) aging,or can be inherited, and also includes hormonal disorders and hypothyroidism.

So if you haven't done it already see a Doctor get your blood thoroughly checked and ask questions.
You can maintain your Gout, hopefully not with permanent Gout / Arthritic medicine as these have long term side effects.
Please keep us up to date with finding out what is the main source of the problem. There are thousands of people reading these pages and all of the readers suffer some form of Gout.

Best of Luck.

regards

Peter
